Avital grew up in Miami, Florida. Her first acquaintance with Chabad was when her family joined The Shul of Bal Harbor, and then again when she was heavily involved with the activities of Chabad Young Professionals on the Upper East Side in Manhattan.

 

Avital's favorite pastime involves bringing people together. While in New York, she ran and taught at a weekly gathering called Torah Tuesday, where young professionals got together to meet and be inspired. Today Avital lives in Tel Aviv, where she loves to create and run social events to connect and inspire like minded young professionals.
